How soon after I place my order will it ship?

The current processing time is 1-3 business days. I do my best to ship out your order as fast as possible. Processing times may be extended up to 2 weeks during sales.

How long does your shipping take and how much does your shipping cost?

All orders are shipped from Karlsruhe, Germany in rigid cardboard mailers. You can choose between standard and tracked shipping.

Approximate delivery times are as following:

• United States: 11-15 business days
• Canada: 25-30 business days
• Europe: 2-4 business days
• UK: 3-5 business days
• Africa: 8-12 business days
• Asia: 6-10 business days
• Australia, New Zealand: 10-14 business days
• South America: 10-18 business days
• Russia: 3-5 business days

Approximate shipping costs are as following:

• United States: Note: only tracked shipping is available at the moment! - tracked shipping: 6,50 €
  
• Germany: standard shipping: 1,55 €, tracked shipping: 5,00 €
  
• Europe, Canada, UK, Africa, Asia, Australia, New Zealand, South America, Russia: – standard shipping: 3,90 €, tracked shipping: 4,50 €
